My brother in law owns an Estate Agents Bury and he has been doing this for many years now. Also, less people are buying property because mortgages are becoming much more difficult to obtain as banks are also feeling the pinch in the credit crunch. These factors havve all had a massive effect on my brother in law`s business and he has really had to diversify to manage to keep his business afloat. One area he has ventured into is that of property rentals and he admits that, had he not done this, then he really would have had to close his business down. He is still struggling through and hopes that the financial recovery will be really swift.

Teak Garden Furniture
We are all obviously hoping for a good summer this year, especially after the washout that we were faced with last year. I am dying to get out into the garden and spend long lazy evenings on the patio having barbecues. We have already had a good hot spell a couple of weeks ago and it was then that I bought my Teak Garden Furniture.
